Instructions:
Date and goat cream cheese dip:
Put the dates and finely grated garlic in the blender, chop and mix. Add cream cheese, salt, curry and freshly the freshly grated Indian long pepper and mix everything to a nice, creamy consistency.
Tuna dip:
Drain the tuna well and stir together with all other ingredients in a blender until creamy. Depending on the desired consistency, add more or less water. Season with freshly grated nutmeg using the spice mill.
