Product Description/Characteristics:
Fine or coarse - that is the question here? When food is grated, it is usually needs to be grated either very finely or finely. With the new double blade grater, both blade variants are always at hand.
The fine blade is ideal for grating citrus fruits or grating various hard spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, tonka bean, but also Parmesan and hard cheese, as well as ingredients such as chocolate to refine or decorate desserts or drinks. The blade provides a very fine result, which also highlights the flavour. Tip: This blade can also be used to grate ginger, garlic or chili peppers to achieve a very fine but puree-like consistency.
The coarse blade can be used to grate various foods more coarsely than the fine blade without tearing them. Chocolate, coconut or nuts for desserts, onion, shallots or ginger for cooking, all kinds of vegetables and fruits (e.g., carrots, potatoes, or apples) for preparing baby mush or to get more consistency during preparation.
The Dual blade grater is space-saving and compact but offers enough surface for grating.
