Zucchini spiral puffers



Turn the zucchini through the spiral cutter to get the spirals.  Set aside for a short time and then dispense the water.

Mix all other ingredients into a liquid dough. Add the zucchini spirals and mix carefully.

Heat the oil in the pan. Roll up the zucchini in to snake like shapes with the help of a fork and fry in the pan.  Pull the spirals slightly apart.

Cut the spring onions diagonally into strips. Grate the hard cheese on the large shaver blade and place it over the puffers together with the spring onions.
