Orange hummus with vegetable packs

Mix chickpeas, olive oil, freshly squeezed orange juice, zest of an organic orange, 4 sprigs of thyme leaves, salt and pepper in the food processor to a fine paste. Season for a final taste with salt and pepper. The hummus is ready.

Use salt, pepper, olive oil, thyme and zest of an organic orange to create a spice mixture.

Peel the carrots with the professional peeler. Slice zucchini and carrots with the Gourmet Slicer. Marinate with a portion of the spice mixture. Set aside.

Meanwhile, peel potatoes and kohlrabi and cut them into fine strips. Also marinate with some of the spice mixture.

On two strips of baking paper, spread out the zucchini-carrots into two portions. Do the same for the kohlrabi- potato vegetables. Tightly wrap and curl the sides. Open a gap at the top.

Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes. The vegetables should still be firm and not too soft. Serve with a generous amount of the hummus. Of course, a nice piece of meat can be served with this as well.
