Cucumber salad with a creamy, lemon dressing



Wash the cucumber and peel it with the Professional Peeler. You can peel the skin completely off or leave a part of skin on.

Then use the Gourmet Slicer to cut the cucumber precisely into evenly thin slices and set aside in a bowl.

For the dressing, wash and finely chop the dill and set aside.

Zest the lemon zest with the zester blade. 

Put the lemon zest and all the other ingredients into a jam jar and seal. Shake vigorously. Season to taste.

Top the sliced cucumbers with the creamy, lemon dressing and fresh dill and mix it all together. Garnish with some additional dill.
