Shipping and Returns

Most orders are currently being shipped via UPS. Orders of one or two tools may be shipped via Deutsch Post. Actual shipping charges are figured based on weight and the country shipped to. Please see the checkout page to calculate your exact shipping charges. (Click here to see shipping charts.)

Our standard order processing time is 3-5 business days. The majority of our orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Most orders are received within two weeks from the time your order was placed.

Taxes:

German VAT taxes are included in the listed purchase price of each item. (In Non-EU countries, the VAT is deducted at the time of checkout.)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.
