Shipping and Returns
Most orders are currently being shipped via UPS. Orders of one or two tools may be shipped via Deutsch Post. Actual shipping charges are figured based on the country shipped to. Please see the checkout page to calculate your exact shipping charges.
Our standard order processing time is 3-5 business days. The majority of our orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Most orders are received within two weeks from the time your order was placed.
Please note that VAT is included in these charges where applicable.
